Best service experience as always! The selection and availability to deliver on short notice is terrific. Tracking of the delivery was extremely helpful. But most important was the extent to which the delivery was attended to. The recipient was not available, and instead of just leaving the flowers at the outside front steps, Joe went above and beyond to make sure that the delivery was secure.

Overall my experience with your company was an effortless journey in which I greatly enjoyed. The arrangement was beautiful and very well made. The delivery man was polite and very pleasant. I do however have a complaint about the delivery process. My gift was a surprise for my daughter and the last thing I wanted was for her to receive a call about her flowers. The delivery man called my daughter instead of me and I thought it could have been handled better. He never knocked on my door my daughter had to tell me her surprise was waiting at my door. That was unacceptable and hope you guys can adjust how to keep a surprise a surprise. Thank you for your service, overall my experience went well and I will recommend your company to my family and friends.

Ordered it from Ukraine. Was anxious as I knew nothing about how it worked in the USA. Thank you for such a great first experience. I was happy to surprise my mother with this beautiful bouquet. The delivery was on time and the flowers were almost identical to those at the photo.

I ordered the Premium Princess Peach for same-day delivery for my girlfriend's birthday, and while there was some stress about it coming on time (didn't get delivered until 8:30pm after I ordered at 1pm), this was hands down the nicest bouquet I have ever purchased. The aroma was magnificent - incredibly fresh and we can smell every time we walk by - and there were a bunch of unbloomed lilies, so every day since we have had a new lily open! The vase is also beautiful. My girlfriend is obsessed and I will absolutely be ordering from PFM again.

My only suggestion is please improve your order status system. I got an email and a text after delivery, but no other notifications. An update when the arrangement was completed and turned to the delivery folks would have reduced a ton of stress on me.

I was searching for a Philadelphia florist to send flowers to my daughter and son-in-law, who recently moved to Philadelphia, on their birthdays.
