Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The smile on my wife's face as she saw the flowers at our table says it all. She was delighted by the bouquet of yellow roses (her favorite) so beautifully arranged in the vase. I was impressed that I was contacted to say that the white roses were not available and would I want a substitution. I asked that they use white daisies (her other favorite flower) in their place. "Can do!" they said, and they did. I asked they be delivered to the restaurant a little before our reservation time, and they were. I was even notified that the flowers had been delivered. These people have gained me as a customer for life.

The flowers were beautiful! And on top of that it was excellent service! I wanted to order the flowers but it was right at the cut off time and I called and the woman could not have been more lovely and still put through the order for me!
