They were terrific. Some of the flowers shown in the arrangement were not available, so the florist called me to make sure the substitute flowers are suitable. That, to me, is excellent customer service. Ordered arrangement mid-morning, and flowers were delivered mid-afternoon; another positive. Overall, a great experience, and my son, who lives in Philadelphia, is going to use their services, since I told him how awesome Philadelphia Flower Market is.
